Bench Press - six months

I have aproximatley six months Before i leave for Basic Training, and i'd like to get my bench up.

I'm pretty small now becuase since i've been wrestling and haven't touched any weights in 3 months.

I can max out at 190. Yep, that's pretty pathetic for someone whos 6'2 200 lbs.

Whats the best routine to build muscle size and definition and build up strength? I've heard a lot of positive talk about the 5x5 routine.

Oh yeah, i'll be running a cycle of 50 mg's of winstrol and 50 mg's of DBOL, with clen later on in the cycle.
 
seroids are not the answer
an all oral cycle is te worst thing that can be done

we have some good routines posted at the top of this forum check them out
 
Maybe i'll cut the clen out and replace it with Deca

It's Diosterol, so it was half Winstrol (winny) half dbol.sounded like a decent deal
 
Why deca? If by some random chance they decide to test you, you're screwed. Deca is not a great strength drug anyway.

If you haven't trained in months, there is no reason to believe you couldn't add at least 50 pounds to your bench by then naturally doing damn near any kind of training.
 
for my knowledge they always test right before ship off. also why do you need more bench before boot camp, you wont be touching freaking wt's the entire time your there. you'll be pushing the "world" though.

Why do i want to get my bench up? I don't know, becuase there is nothing else to do.

I'm in the middle of east bumfuck...i'm just trying to set physical goals for myself.

I've set goals for myself. I'm just going to train as hard i can, Running, lifting ect. Make the physical aspect of basic be easy, even though i am in extremely good cardiovascular shape.
 
i have seen guys get busted in meps for Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) usage...i'm no Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) guru here but how long are you running your cycle and how long will your post cycle therapy (pct) be...i think you may be jepordising your joining of the service if you do this to close to your sign up date. just MHO. i would stay nattie and use after you get to your PDS.
 
I think i would be more likely to have my service jepordized if i were to do it when i was in the service, versus at meps.

AAS testing is only done upon request of your C.O.....Sometimes i think they may do random testing.

I'll have probably a month and half, maybe two months before end of cycle and when i'm getting shipped out.
 
its the other way around my friend..your tested for more shit when you join and most rec drugs after you join. trust me. i was tested mid M1T cycle at a military school and nothing. but joining up i saw 2 guys rejected for Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) usage in meps. its your future.

also i guess your only doing a 4 week cycle? then what a 4 week post cycle therapy (pct) afterwards? thats only a month left after that.

what ever. do what you need do. but a nattie 5x5 run right will get you in theory 60 lbs to your bench in 3 months.

deaca is detectable for well over a year. Winstrol (winny) is detectable for up to 2 months.

thank you PB...like i said i'm no Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) guru. but i have read and poked around in the Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) forum to know a lil.

Just drop bodyfat percentage. If i dropped anymore weight i'd blow away.

My bodyfat percentage is somewhere between 11.6-14.5% I'd like it to be at about 8%
 
why drop more Bf before boot? you want something to lose when you get to boot, otherwise your gonna burn muscle away along with bf and body wt. i actually would run a clean bulker b4 i left for boot.
 
why do you care about getting your bench up??? I would be getting my pushups / pull-ups / situps / run times better. These are what your going to be doing the most of. Nobody is going to be testing you on your bench press.

DAY 1
5x5 Bench
2x15 Incline Dumbell/incline bench/incline machine (switch it up time to time)
3x15 Crossover pulleys
3x15 Pectoral Flies

3x15 Tri Ext
3x15 Reverse curls
3x15 Dips

3x15 Preacher curls
3x15 Curls

45 mins of cardio - elipical strider

Day 2
100 Situps
50 crunches
3x15 leg raises
(insert random ab machine)
45 mins cardio

Day three
4x15 Shrugs
4x15 Rows
3x15 lat pulldowns
3x15 Smith Military Press
3x15 Barbell Front to back
45 mins cardio

Day Four
*ABS*
45 cardio

Day Five
5x5 Squat
5x5 Deadlift
5x5 Leg press
3x15 Calf raises (seated or standing depends))

day six
ABS
1 h cardio

I'm already pretty good on them, still working on them though

As of now

Pushups 35-40
Runtime: 7:30 mile EASY ( i got tested after i already lifted and did my cardio and ate a large meal, so it's probably better)
Situps: Don't know but it's easy for me
Pullups: not getting tested on it, don't really know
