I am very lean and cut throughout my entire body (~13% bf, tops) except for my huge gut that I recently got during a bulking cycle. Lean bodies with guts runs in my family, weird I know, but I really wanna get rid of it before it's too late. Stairmaster, elliptical, running? What's the best way to get rid of the fat on top? Btw, I do abs 2x a week and the 6-pack I used to have is still under there. Thanks for the help.
