best Clen protocol out there.

im starting tomorrow clen cycle
im planing to do the cylce this way tell me your thoughts

days 1-3 40mcgs
days 4-8 80mcgs
days 9-12 120mcgs
days 13-14 140mcgs

what do you this about that cycle? its good protocol?

BTW
i read that clen works the best with a low carb diet its true?

140mcg seems a bit high to me, so does 120mcg, but that's me. I'd say don't be dead set on your dose. Go up to a dose where the sides are a bit bothersome, then back it down by 20mcg, until and see if the bothersome sides go away.

As far as clen working best on a low carb diet... If you're taking clen you're trying to cut. Cutting will work best if you're in a calorie deficit and your diet is set up for leaning out. If you have you a caloric surplus not much leaning will happen.
 
Have you taken clen before? 140mcg is high.

You should throw in some ketotifen. It up-regulates the receptors and it's nice to help you get to sleep at night.
 
No set scheduled ramp ups in dosages man. Stay at the lowest dosage that is working.
As was said use ketotifen to prevent downregulation, maintain effectiveness, and allow you to effectively use lower dosages without the need to go to ridiculously high doses.
Clen - 40mcg/day is fine. 1mg ketotifen, at night , before bed, every night. Stay at 40mcg as long as its working. If you need to bump it, fine, but you wont have to go way up in dosage like you have outlined. Clen works when in a caloric deficit, low carb - sure but whatever. They key is diet.

a clen cycle will only be as good as your 1. diet and 2. training/cardio routine.. you cant out train or out-compound a bad diet..

keep that in mind when you set this plan up..

people dont understand how important it is..

when working with clients clen is a last resort.. its usually used when they go sub 9% bodyfat.. because if youre diet and training is correct you should be able to hit 9% fairly easily

start at 40 and see how you feel at 60-80 , you may just stay there. and i rec getting keto from rui to stack with it
 
The best Clen protocol is NO CLEN. That shit is evil and will fuck you up, now or later. I personally know several bros who have heart conditions directly related to Clen usage.

The "gains" or losses from Clen are minimal at best. You can get healthy cutting results through diet... no stims necessary. Think... Be safe.

Ahh now I remember- your the clen grim reaper. Last time it was clen kills people, you know people that died from it blah blah blah.
Stop the alarmist BS. Clen, like everything else, can be used responsibly or irresponsibly - the choice is the users. It can used as an aid and be very beneficial or it can be used to try to replace a good diet and training-which NOTHING can do.
Im all about responsible chemical usage but when people spout off alarmist BS it does nothing but foster the myths that exist about bodybuilders and the lifestyle. Saying stuff like you just did makes you no better than the uninformed reporters that blame "roid rage" for violent acts done by those who work out. If you want to talk responsible how about being responsible and not fostering BS like you just posted...it does nothing but hurt and harm the reputation of bodybuilders.
