What would be best to bridge between cycles?

AS or insulin?

Just finished a 15weeks cutting cycle and want to keeep my gains, should I bridge on say 250mg test week or say 10ius of insulin week.

Waht do you guys think?

I hate these bullshit obvious answers!

can someone give me a real answer with real experience, thanks

I run a minimum of 250mg test/wk when cruising, I also increase my "recovery" drink by one serving a day, along with proper diet/supplement changes. Test always works just fine for me but I have never done slin though, so I really cant help on that end.

You will be good with that bro. One of my favorite things to do is run like 250mg test E or C all the time and then do six wks on/six wks off, of test suspension/dbol!

Hmm... I will finish my cycle up mid nov.. after 12 weeks.. was gonna start my clomid like Dec 1st and run it for 3 weeks..

Then wait till like Feb before starting my next cycle.. Are you saying I can/should run a low dose of test in between???

along with Clomid too?

Not if you wanna recover adequately...

Using clomid in this situation would make no sense whatsoever...

Well, thats my concern right now.. I def want to do my next cycle asap.. but I got to make sure I get my boys back intop notch shape.. I am 6 weeks into a cycle now and I dont have the volume I used to have.. Thats why I wanted to get a good pct..

I don't think its wise for me to bridge in this case especially since I am not using HCG... Next go round I will def go with HCG..

Would love to be able to do the maint dose though.. Guess I gotta choose one or the other huh?

Dohnn, It all depends on what you want to do. If you want to run test year round and cruise low dose test between cycles, then no you would not need PCT. Of course if you are going to do the "normal" on/off type cycle then yes I would recommend doing you normal PCT.

Everyone is different, many people run test year round and find that much better, then you have the group that agrees with the normal 10wk on/10wk off type of cycling. Ifs really up to you and I would say depends mostly on you goals.

any type of bridge other than gh, igf-1 or insulin will keep you shut down, so its not really a bridge you are looking at doing. Sounds like you already answered it yourself, come off the juice, run pct, then go back on again. If you want to run gh or igf then that will allow you to regain your hpta, but no steroid will.
I run very long cycles, just finished one that was 2 years long, but I used hcg all the way through, so now that I am clean, everything is working again

OK, I think I will come off for the 10 weeks and start again.. next time I will add the HGC and do a longer cycle and do a maintenance does in between....

I have more studying to do
