Best pin size for quads?

Whats the ideal pin size for quad injections? I originally was going to use 23gu 1 inch pins.........now I see that many people use 25gu, and some only 5/8 inch long??

What do you fellas feel works best? I will be using to shoot T prop.

It should depend on what you are injecting. You can use a 25g 1" if the gear will pass through it. Otherwise use a 23g 1" for most other substances.

25g 1", I wont shoot with any gauge bigger than a 25 as theres no point and it hurts more and leaves more scar tissue. If the oil is really thick I just run it under some hot water then stick it right away

Looks like I will try the 25gu 1inch first. If the prop is too thick, I will try what needsize said about putting it under hot water. If that doesn't work, I'll resort to the 23gu.

Never did quads before, only glutes. Lookin forward to it

Quads is a great inject, I just find there are a lot of surface nerves, so as you start to push the pin in you get a sharp pain, which can be spooky. Once you get over that its a joke

I'm with needsize, I see no reason to go back to anything bigger than a 25 for anything. I use 1 inch pins for quads.

if you're lean as lean, you can get away with a 5/8.
i prefer a 25g 1 inch, but i only stick about 3/4.

25 gauge 1 inch

i have used 25 guage 5/8 inch but closer to the knee. stay high and go 1 inch 25 bro
