best steroid for abs

start doing your 30 min cardio sessions right after weight training... if u are doing cardio on non-weight training days that isn't making much sense and means ur probaby only getting in 3 sessions a week at the most... "cardio after weights = fat loss" this has do do with your glycogen stores being depleted low enough that your body will start to burn fat as an energy source... read up on it bro... cardio never effective in a cutting cycle done on its own unless u are doing it on an emply stomach first thing in the morning...

I agree with most of what you say, but fasted cardio is b.s.

roids and all the sit-ups in the world -wont do shit for you. Its all about diet when it comes to abs.

That said always finish up your workout with abs. Doesn't matter what type of workout you are doing. But also keep in mind abs are being used while working out other body parts as well..

Many already have the abs. They are there really. Just got to cut the fat down to see them. And btw diet is a bitch. Just like all the guys I see walking around the gym with great upper body but no legs...

legs and diet..yuk but are the most important of all.

Am I the only one who noticed no protein in this guys breakfast?

No offense but the diet is NOT spot on

You don't got to have protein in your breakfast... I have low carb days and high carb days where I only have oatmeal for breakfast.

Probably reading a lot of Muscle & Fitness lately.

Diet is mostly a numbers game, not necessarily content-specific. It's recommended to get at least 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight, preferably leaning towards 1.5g. Beyond that, get plenty of carbs to keep yourself energized, but don't skimp out on fat. Your body needs dietary fat to lubricate your joints, along with brain functions.

Obviously all three macronutrients play a larger role than this, but it's just a quick rundown. You don't need to lose your mind trying to break up your protein intake evenly during the day or maybe eating an extra bowl of oats instead of a piece of chicken because you were craving carbs.

Just make sure your calories are in check.

interestingly enough anavar has been shown to burn a lil fat, in some studies, especially in mid section.

dont shoot me, i agree with everyone this guy is no way ready for anything, but just thought i would throw that out there.

and no ive never taken Anavar (var), cause its for girls :molepoke:

That's complete bullshit there Muscle & Fitness guy....

It sounds like you are saying to eat whatever you want as long as your calorie count comes in at the end of the day....

You should be writing for Yahoo health...

Thanks Dad !

Calories are definitely the most important aspect of whether or not someone gains, loses, or keeps steady on weight. There's no ifs, and, or buts about it. It's math.

However, for overall health, muscle product/maintenance, and energy, there are other factors involved. All three macros play an important role in health, but not weight loss/gain.

Keto diets and carb cycling can assist with cutting down fat and retained water, but that's not to say that you can't cut cat on a standard diet either. Everyone's body is different. Just like individual metabolism. Some lucky bastards can eat damn near whatever they want, metabolize the shit out of it, and never seen an ounce of fat from it. I envy that.

Details also get more important when you're trying to get down to a super low body fat as well.
