start doing your 30 min cardio sessions right after weight training... if u are doing cardio on non-weight training days that isn't making much sense and means ur probaby only getting in 3 sessions a week at the most... "cardio after weights = fat loss" this has do do with your glycogen stores being depleted low enough that your body will start to burn fat as an energy source... read up on it bro... cardio never effective in a cutting cycle done on its own unless u are doing it on an emply stomach first thing in the morning...

You don't got to have protein in your breakfast... I have low carb days and high carb days where I only have oatmeal for breakfast.

Probably reading a lot of Muscle & Fitness lately.
Diet is mostly a numbers game, not necessarily content-specific. It's recommended to get at least 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight, preferably leaning towards 1.5g. Beyond that, get plenty of carbs to keep yourself energized, but don't skimp out on fat. Your body needs dietary fat to lubricate your joints, along with brain functions.
Obviously all three macronutrients play a larger role than this, but it's just a quick rundown. You don't need to lose your mind trying to break up your protein intake evenly during the day or maybe eating an extra bowl of oats instead of a piece of chicken because you were craving carbs.
Just make sure your calories are in check.
