hey ladies, my wife wanted me to post this question to you. she just starting exercising and wants a little help burning some 'fat'..she looks good, but that is only my opinion..she thinks otherwise..is there a best fat burner out there right now? thanks

Does she want an ephedra based one or not? If she has any sort of health problems or is taking any anti=depressants or whatnot, she should probably stay away from the ephedra based fat burners.
One of my favorite ephedra based fat burner is Labrada's Charge. You only need to take two pills a day. One Charge equals pretty much two of every other burner ie: ripped fuel, xenadrine
If you don't want ephedra, Sci-fit's T-2 is really good.
Personally, I prefer the burners with the MaHuang/ephedra in them. I find them more effective. They help curb the appetite as well.

thanks ladies, i am on the T-2 myself, but i only take 1 pill pre-workout for energy, it says to take 2 pills 2x daily does anyone actually take that many?

Is it Sci-Fit's T-2? If so, yes you can take two capsules, twice a day. Two first thing in the morning and another two midafternoon. I always suggest starting with half the dosage and then working your way up to the recommended amount.

Don't forget about Yohimbine!!! That stuff is awesome.

Absolutely. I was once told that Yohimbe acted as an estrogen inhibitor as well; have you ever heard anything about that?

it is a beta blocker.. basically it blocks the receptors from storing fat thus causing it to dissapate... The yohimbine hcl topical application is the only one that actually works... Orally it does not seem to do it's job as proficiently.

but i still swear by the NYC stack :)

Now, I've never used the topical yohimburn, but i have used the yohimbine and I find it works great for me. I'd like to try Yohimburn though cuz I read so much about it.

We should all give it a shot and see what our results are.

Do we get it from the AF store? I'm in Canada though, so I don't know if they'll ship over here to me. Shit, I totally have to move to the States. Everything I order for the store has to go through Customs and half the time it doesn't make it over. I really do want to try it though.

What a drag..how far are you from the U.S. border?

It's a good excuse to move to the states! Come to Southern CA!! The weather's always nice and we have Ephedra products!!

Hey Fyre...can you get CLA out there? I was talking to a friend of mine tonight and I was telling her about the Yohimburn and she said to try the CLA. She swears by it and she tells all of her clients to take it.
You gotta see my friend, she's 44 years old and she still competes in figure competitions; she looks absolutely phenomenal! If you can get that in Canada, let's all do that instead!!

IMO.. CLA is nothing but hoopla... i guarantee it is her diet etc rather than the CLA... but that is JUST MY OPINION :)

R-ALA will make a difference on carb assimilation and usinate acid may be something to try..

I couldn't agree more with you on the CLA. I also agree on going with the ALA instead of CLA.:)

I think I'll order a bottle of the ALA500..what's the dosage?

im definately not disagreeing with supergirl and the rest of the ladies but ive read some stuff lately concerning cla discussing the different forms and i dont remember the exact details but there were 4 listed ending in 9,10,11,12 and according to what i read the 9 and 11 forms showed little or no results but there were real world results with the 10 and 12 forms , i tend to read studies and articles and articles at the speed of sound and just remember the parts that interest me and i never save these studies anywhere [ yeah i know im a man and i just cant help it lol ] but it might be worth investigating , as far as the cla in our food i have also read somewhere that due to modern farming practices using super foods and hormones to grow beef at record speeds and the use of raw chemicals to fertilize their food crops with , that the amount of cla present in beef has declined significantly , and i really dont know how much cla is present in non beef protein sources [ chicken , fish , etc. ] so for those non beef eaters a cla supplement MIGHT be a worthwhile addition to the diet , like i said im fuzzy on some of the details but it seems that it is worth looking into before making a final decision , i hope i didnt make anyone mad by tresspassing over here [ you know how us men love to raid a pajama party ;) ] but i do get called on to help ladies from time to time with info about supps and training so i make it a point to sneak into the womens discussion forums because i value the opinions of supergirl , frye , nicole and the rest of you ladies
