phoenixphyre said:Absolutely. I was once told that Yohimbe acted as an estrogen inhibitor as well; have you ever heard anything about that?
Fyre said:Now, I've never used the topical yohimburn, but i have used the yohimbine and I find it works great for me. I'd like to try Yohimburn though cuz I read so much about it.
Fyre said:Do we get it from the AF store? I'm in Canada though, so I don't know if they'll ship over here to me. Shit, I totally have to move to the States. Everything I order for the store has to go through Customs and half the time it doesn't make it over. I really do want to try it though.

R-ALA will make a difference on carb assimilation and usinate acid may be something to try..

DADAWG said:im definately not disagreeing with supergirl and the rest of the ladies but ive read some stuff lately concerning cla discussing the different forms and i dont remember the exact details but there were 4 listed ending in 9,10,11,12 and according to what i read the 9 and 11 forms showed little or no results but there were real world results with the 10 and 12 forms , i tend to read studies and articles and articles at the speed of sound and just remember the parts that interest me and i never save these studies anywhere [ yeah i know im a man and i just cant help it lol ] but it might be worth investigating , as far as the cla in our food i have also read somewhere that due to modern farming practices using super foods and hormones to grow beef at record speeds and the use of raw chemicals to fertilize their food crops with , that the amount of cla present in beef has declined significantly , and i really dont know how much cla is present in non beef protein sources [ chicken , fish , etc. ] so for those non beef eaters a cla supplement MIGHT be a worthwhile addition to the diet , like i said im fuzzy on some of the details but it seems that it is worth looking into before making a final decision , i hope i didnt make anyone mad by tresspassing over here [ you know how us men love to raid a pajama party ] but i do get called on to help ladies from time to time with info about supps and training so i make it a point to sneak into the womens discussion forums because i value the opinions of supergirl , frye , nicole and the rest of you ladies
