hey dawg.. like fyre said, we welcome educated participants!!!
i see what you are saying in the fact that those that are deficient in CLA, may want to take a supplement, however as far as it's fat burning cabilities.. that i have not found to hold water...
it is a beta blocker.. basically it blocks the receptors from storing fat thus causing it to dissapate... The yohimbine hcl topical application is the only one that actually works... Orally it does not seem to do it's job as proficiently.
i have tried cla and i honestly can't say it's really done much - but at the same time who knows because there are so many variables. if i had to guess, i think diet does more (i'm a chicken/fish eater on a cutting diet). i'm also taking ala (not r-ala because i'm far too poor for that).
What about thermorexin? it's stacked with yohimbine hcl., cafeine and a bunch of other stuff excluding ephedra.. gives me the gitters and nausea like mad .. along with the sweats but if I start with half a cap - 3 times / day, I feel fine and metabolism is in high gear all day long...
I tried yohimbine hcl orally and only noticed major nausea.. that was just me tho..
Fyre have u tried thermorexin? what do u think about it?
