I'm a football player, i'm 6'6" and 360 pounds but I carry it better then NFL players, meaning im not fat, i'm pretty toned for my size and very proportional...but at 360 I'm obviously not ripped. I desperately need to get down to 310 (optimal) - 330 (acceptable) by the middle of June for the college football camps I will be attending. I need to lose the weight because it so slowing me down. I'm doin Cardio and trying to stick to a low carb diet but i'm finding it tough to lose it quick. Is there anything I can take thats gonna help me cut the weight but not deplete all my muscle. i dont only need to get lighter but also as strong as possible. Can anyone help me out with stacks or plans or anything like that?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wow. Well to drop 30-60lbs in a month or 2, and without losing any muscle or strength is pretty much impossible. What you're trying to do is lose literally a pound a day and that's not healthy not to mention extremely difficult/impossible. IMO theres only 2 ways and both are extreme measures. One is pretty much extreme dieting (not eating) which I don't recommend as you'll lose a lot of muscle and again it's not healthy. Two, liposuction.

Train and do cardio. Keep the fats lean, the protien up and cut out the sugars.

Id also start drinking two gallons of water a day at least with your size... you really should have started earlier.

I've been working out for the last 4 years and i've been lifting since the end of the season harder then i ever had so i've gotten leaner and stronger but when im lifting so much and so heavy i find it harder to lose weight. What about using something like cytomel???

I'll add that its ok if I lose a little bit of strength...the weight loss is more important then the muscle gain by far cause I'm already much stronger then most high school football players.

are you willing to cycle? If so, a healthy amount of test, DNP, and an excellent diet regime would do the trick. Might stick some clen and T3 (cytomel) in there. Just my 2cents.

DNP seems pretty sketchy and possibly I'd lose too much muscle? I think the Clen and t3 is a little more my style...could I lose 20 pounds with just that and the strict diet?

imo not good advice to be giving to a high school football player.

You need to look at this from his point of view...
I'm assuming that you have a decent chance of going pro so you need to decide how much sacrafice you're willing to make. Will a 14 day cycle of DNP with a decent diet get you at least close to your goal? Probably (assuming you diet/train/cardio the other 16 days as well). Is it the healthiest scenario? NO WAY, but personally I'd do things 10x as extreme as that if I had a chance to play a pro sport.

I agree, if you have the chance to go pro then do whatever it takes to lose that weight. But 30lbs in 30 days is gonna take EXTREME measures! Diet and cardio alone are not gonna cut it in that time span. If you have some money or credit card I would seriously consider liposuction b/c that alone will prob take 15-20lbs of pure fat off depending on your bf%, and then that would leave you with 10lbs to lose which would be possible w/ lots of cardio, dieting and clen and/or T3.

How long does it take to recover after lipo though? If its less than a month, its probably a very good solution.
Failing that, its definitely possible to lose 30 lbs in a month, however it would deplete you so much, that you really wouldnt be in a good shape for camp.

Thanks for the responses everyone, it is a tough decision to make because how I do in June will determine the next 4-5 years and possibly the next 10 years, though you can go pro from smaller schools its much more difficult then coming from a National Championship contender. I've never really considered lipo cause I'm not in anyway obese like that, people usually tell me I look 260-280...not 360 , but the extra weight is just slowing me down and I wouldnt even need to be that heavy for the league....now I still don't know what to do, but thanks for everyone who responded

1lb of fat is equivalent to 3500 cal. A person your size probably needs 3000-3500 cal to maintain your weight. Eat 1500 cal a day and you should be able to lose 3lbs of fat a week So from this, you could lose a 1lb every 2 days about. On top of that, take some type of fat burner...get thermorexin or something like that and drink a shiii load of water too.

Lipo gererally is not for obese people. Lots of people who are obese, Dr's won't do lipo on them, they'll tell them straight up that they need to try diet and exercise. I've seen it a couple of times on the discovery shows and shows like Dr. 90210. Lipo generally is for trouble areas that don't respond well to dieting. Now do some obese people get lypo? Yes. But in your case, if you have a chance of going to the NFL and playing Pro football and living your dream then I would strongly consider. Like someone else said, it can be possible to lose 30lbs in 30 days but you wouldn't be in any kind of shape to perform therefore completely fucking up your chances.
