Best way to lower estrogen?

If ones estrogen is high would tamoxifen be the best way to lower it ? From what I've heard arimidex stops estrogen from being produced.. But does it lower already existing/high estrogen ?
I also don't like the idea of stopping estrogen but would rather just lower it. Also does adex only lower estradiol not estrogen ?

well are you on a cycle or just looking to lower estrgen , how do u know u have high estrogen ? tamoxifen selectively allows some estrogen to be used and blocks some . It is used in pct to bring estrogen / test levels back to normal . Read about what a serm is and does . What ud be better off taking for high e is an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like aromasin or adex . They do not stop estrogen from be produced , they block testosterone from converting into it . depending how much u take it , will lower estro , if u use adex start taking it at .25 eod and see from there if u need to bump it . it will not completely stop estrogen
