hey i was reading some article i dont remember where and it said something really interesting. they suggested that for 1 day of your workout completely kill yourself with just the big 4 workouts: bench, squats, military, then deadlifts. and then take the next day off and then continue ur regular workout for the rest of the week. im gonna give it a try soon and i just wanted to kno what u guys think here? and thoughts or anything are appreciated. thanks

yea but i thought it was an interesting an idea that you do them all in one day and then take a day off then continue your workout schedule the rest of the week. i never really thought of that so im gonna give it a try to see how it works.

i only heard of three. but if there are 4 it would be deads, squat, bench (or weighted dips) and heavy back work (rows or whatever).

you prolly read it in a flex mag or some other piece of crap mag that has out of shape writers who never been to a gym. some of those routines border on criminal.

i can tell you from experince, because i am a powerlifter. on meet day we squat, bench and pull deads. you need at least a week off after that. the guy who wrote that prollt never did it.

those mags do have some hot chicks though. guess they aint all bad. :D

haha true that!

well ill give it a try since i am trying to get a lot bigger rite now. and my body recovers really fast. and if i die after a week then i guess i prob shouldnt do it anymore. thanks guys

thats the point max. it aint gonna work. if you go to failure on the lifts you be spent for the week. if you are not spent then you didnt go balls to the walls. i ahve seen a lot of crazy routines but that one is the craziest.

have at it and film it and send me the clips. i would love to see it.
