got it, should I run the first week again more strict then move on to the 2nd?

up to you, it certainly won't hurt. i designed this diet as kind of a quick fix for myself since i got sloppy over the holidays. so there is nothing wrong with extending the phases to your liking, just as long as you are avoiding plateaus.
 
I'm not sure if this is "allowed" on Dtone's diet but if there is too much food and I can't eat it all (which is rare) I allow myself higher GI carbs or more oils instead of whole grain heathier carbs. Higher GI carbs will make me hungrier and oils are easier to get down than actual food.

Although I'm not sure exactly what would be allowed on this particular diet.

cmon MM, you're making me sound like a nazi. i just take dieting seriously. many people keep making minor adjustments to their liking until eventually, theyre not on a diet at all. and then they blame the diet or the person who wrote it for being ineffective.

with this diet, the higher GI carbs are not going to fly. but the oils can be used sparingly on the protein/fat meals. i really just think blondie is still getting used to eating this much food. very soon she will get accustomed to it and wish there was more food. my fiance ran a diet almost identical to this one and she weighed 50lbs less than blondie and she was dying for more food. so it is possible, it just takes some getting used to.
 
I am definitely not used to this much food and this many carbs after running a 1200 cal keto for 10 weeks. Its getting a little easier everyday. I havent lost or gained any weight but I feel bloated, maybe just from the increase of food.

2 lipoflame 1 lipstim
30 mins cardio

Meal 1
4 egg whites, one whole
1/3C. oats

Meal 2
5 oz Chicken
1/2 C. Brown Rice

Meal 3
6 oz chicken
1C Spinach
1 oz Almonds

Meal 4
5 oz lean beef
1C. spinach
1 Tbls. Almond butter

blondie.. or dtone... are those meat weights raw or cooked? Just trying to get a grip on how much lean protein she is taking in. Either way, this still looks hairy.

yes it is uncooked weight. i think i specified everything that is weighed after cooking. what looks so hairy?

I don't know what I'm saying about your diet though... this shit I'm doing now is retarded also.

I felt extremely bitchy today and finally realized it was from the carb depletion. I always forget about that. lol. I still had a really good back workout, my energy levels were a little low, but I just turned up the Static X and pushed through it.
 
static X? thats hilarious. diet looks great and you'll adjust to the carb depletion well based on your experience with keto. Dont get frustrated with the lack of weight loss from the first wk. keep in mind that my diet was shitty when i started this so i did see results from that first week. but being that you were already on a calorie deficit and keto, its not going to hit you so strongly. keep it up!
 
How many calories is this diet daily? Blondie...you feel bloated because you are still getting used to carbo HYDRATES. It will go away eventually.

I wasn't trying to change things....just saying what I do.

Its about 1300-1800 depending on how many meals I get in.

I think youre definitely right, I was still getting used to the extra carbs in the first week of the diet.

I thought it was more calories. At 1300-1800 cals daily you'll lose weight no problem I can lose at 2100 and I think I weigh less than you. The fat will melt off!
