Dtone when you say 50min of cardio...I know that can be anything intense cardiovascular wise but i think of the tredmil when you say cardio and running???

i dont know what you are asking here...yes, running on a treadmill is cardio. the type of cardio is up to the person as long as it is at a moderate intensity. the main thing in this diet is to incrementally increase your time as you decrease your cals.
