Hey guys,

Currently on a Test E / Tren A cycle (250mg weekly/100mg EOD)

Ive noticed a few times I've cut myself shaving (chest and face) i wont stop bleeding for ages... Its like my blood is taking a lot longer to clot than usual. I always thought a side effect of AAS usage was an increase in hemotocrit levels leading to thicker blood and quicker clotting... Am i wrong? Any ideas as to whats causing this if otherwise?

Im not too worried atm as it does clot eventually... Just takes about 2-3x longer than usual.

Appreciate any input/advice..

Coagulation has many different factors. Alcohol, aspirin, caffeine, etc all can affect your blood's ability to clot. Do you have any recent blood panels? I have that happen from time to time and tend not to worry about it as it goes back and forth for me (but never completely lost my ability to clot)

Hmmm.. I have been drinking alot of coffee lately haha. Must be the caffeine then. I dont have any panels unfortunately.. Not on option for me, i dont have private labs in my country and due to certain employment conditions i cant have anything suspect on my medical record.

Should i be worried if it doesnt go back to normal eventually? Ill drop the coffee for a week or two and monitor...

Thanks for the fast reply mate

Maybe i should add i do smoke a bit of marijuana nightly... Not alot though. Hps battle the trensomnoia lol. I dont know if that would effect coagulation but i have heard it does constrict blood vessels slightly?

Not that i don't agree with your choice to do so, this isn't the forum for rec drug talk...just a heads up. Smoking actually lowers HCT bc of the carbon monoxide but it does increase BP and is a vasoconstrictor. Me personally I wouldn't be freaked out over it but if you are or feel off it's always best to consult with your doctor. Plus like I said it could be due to many things, some major some minor.

Testosterone does have an impact on clotting factors. Your platelets will be normal, but the actual time for clotting will increase. You should have been given the warning with your bottle.
