Blood Pressure Problems

A three weeks ago it was 120/80. I got it measured again a couple days ago, and now it's 195/90

Putting my cycle on hold for right now. All I been running so far is DNP.

I would get it checked again just to make sure it is actually that high as that is a big jump. 140/90 is hypertensive never mind the range you posted.

BP should always be monitored before and during the cycle. Those machines are available all over and blood pressure cuffs aren't expensive. Even if you don't know how to take your blood pressure, you can get cuffs that do all the work for you.

Everyone who does this should have a machine at home as they are very cheap to buy and you will know what is going on so you do not have to worry about it.
