damn you always make sense buff spongebob. I'm paranoid lol. I get to questioning everything when I can't figure out what's going on. Currently I'm at a loss for reasons as to why I feel shitty. I've been told my t3, IGF-1, vit D, and B12 all came back normal..thus maybe dismissing a lot of what I thought could be the issue. Honestly, all hormones are in check, so far no vitamin deficiencies, and I haven't been losing weight..HOWEVER, joint pain when flexing, which I find weird, cramps like fucking crazy, literally after everything I eat almost. Still not carrying near the muscle mass/tone as I did when I felt healthy.
Lab wise, the only things that have seemed to come back abnormal are my alk phos, cholesterol, and CO2. Not sure what the link is here, if any. The most abnormal thing about the cholesterol is how low it is. Terribly low for what I should be..like I'm talking a total of 90, and when I was "healthy" my cholesterol was about 130. I eat eggs, steak, burgers, etc on a daily basis, so I'm not lacking it in my diet. Two options..malabsorption of fats, WHICH would explain my issues with hemmroids as fat malabsorption has been linked to this, OR liver issues which could explain the elevated alk phos and would result in a decreased production of cholesterol..although my liver panels are mainly normal AST, ALT albumin, and bilrubin are all good. Can one be celiac without any major vitamin defeiciencies? I have yet to look further into this possibility, but these cramps almost seem as though it could be.
