Bone Fracture Healing Journal with Peptides

Irentat

Rebuilding...continually
For those that read my other journal, you can relate. http://www.steroidology.com/forum/m...4-irentats-joint-repair-rebuilding-cycle.html

A car came off the freeway at 60 mph and hit my vehicle going 45 completely crushing both of them save my driver's side. I walked away but the other driver didn't (he wasn't wearing a seat belt)...it was that bad. I came away with a chipped neck bone, broken foot bone, severly sprained ankle ligament, cut hand, oh and with my life! I personally believe it would have been much worse if I was not in shape and had strong bones from AAS and peptides.

Surgery will probably be done on my ankle to put the fractured piece back in place but only a neck brace is needed to keep it immobile while the chip heals without surgery.

Here is my current protocol:

Ipamorelin/Mod GRF(1-29) 2X day 80 mcg ea

Bone supplements:
Lysine/arginin
multi
Vitamin D 10K IU ED
vitamin E 800 IU ED
Magnesium
Calcium
Boron
Cissus Quadrangularis, when the order gets here!

1 week after accident:
started tides right away but took 4 days to get my strength back. 7 days later, my hand is healing nicely and my body is fully mobile. Ankle pain has subsided tremendously with swelling way down. Accidently put weight on ankle yesterday and felt 0 pain. I think surgery is inevitable to get that chip back into place but I do feel good there.

Goals:
cut time to be off of crutches by 1/2 of whatever the doctor indicates. I really want to be crutchless by Christmas.

After doctor approval to be in the gym, I will start a low test/high deca cycle to recover my muscle, repair ligaments and strengthen the fracture.

Damn Irentat, sorry to hear about the setback. On a good note, this will surely be more invaluable info about how to rebuild the human body with various chemical substances.

Good luck Bro!

Chip, Thanks for your support. Good to have friends.

Mason, Sadly, this will be one more thing for me to learn. However, I will use it as a learning tool and hopefully something someone can use to help in their recovery.

Foot doctor call today: NO SURGERY! However, I have to be in a cast for 3 weeks he says. I said that after 2 weeks we need to x ray and see how it is coming together as I plan to expedite the healing process. If the bone chip gives me problems a few months from now, then he will go in and clean it up. He really did not want to go in based on the location. Says lots of critical things in that area and just hard to get at.

Been there, 3 people died in the accident I was in. It was a big reality check for me, but in the long run it changed my life for the better.

This was 8 years ago and my injuries still cause me pain everyday, it seems like your wont, thats good. I hope you recover quickly and fully.

Thanks for what looks to be ANOTHER great log!

damn and your ankles were already fucked before this, wish you a speedy recovery. My neck fusion healed like a champ btw. One thing that they neurosurgeons taught me was that during recovery I could not take NSAIDS like mortrin or advil, only could take tylenol. NSAIDS inhibit bone healing as does smoking, just fyi.

Appreciate the note.

Thanks for the reminder to everyone on NSAIDS.

Going in to have cast put on my ankle today.

Guys just don't order from Pro peptides or ,Melanotan US Incorporated . These companies sell products that are just malititol.
They are also vials filled with bacteria. I would find a good supplier as peptides work great if real ...

UPDATE:

I think the world ran out of Super Cissus. The order I placed is going to take 2 weeks to get to me and everyone else seems to be out.

It has been 16 days since the accident but not really any catabolic weight loss but I have intentionally added calories so a small bit of fat gain. Some other things to note: I am really impressed with my hand laceration healing speed. It was pretty bad but is healing up much faster than I would have expected with most redness gone and most areas where skin was broken almost healed. This is definitely not scientific but just seems to be faster healing than I would normally expect. Some glass still under the skin but will surgically have it removed after I fully heal and find all the places where they are.

Went and saw the Neurosurgeon yesterday regarding my neck. It feels pretty good. X-ray done and the bone chip in my neck is not moving so seems to be solidifying. Still in a neck brace until my MRI (soft tissue damage?) is done. I know these doctors are just being thorough but too many damn tests! He even said himself that there is probably no soft tissue damage to worry about.

Ankle has no pain and have even accidentally put weight on it with no issues. Cast on a minimum of 10 days more.

Here are some excerpts from some research I have done:

Growth hormone activates gene involved in healing damaged tissue
When aged mice whose livers had been partially removed were injected with human growth hormone, histological and other tests showed that the activity of the Foxm1b gene increased dramatically, as did levels of various enzymes and proteins that cause cells to divide. At the same time, the livers of these animals regenerated at a pace found in young mice. Cell proliferation peaked at just two days, and the liver was fully restored within a week.

Nitric Oxide Modulates Fracture Healing
These results show for the first time that NO is expressed during fracture healing in rats and in humans, that suppression of NOS impairs fracture healing, and that supplementation of NO [by Arginine] can reverse the inhibition of healing produced by NOS inhibitors.

Update:

Finally got my cissus in and is part of the regimen right now. Interestingly, after 24 hours of loading, my joints feel sore so will be watching this and the Cissus effect.

Overall, I feel fantastic. It could be the upped levels of GH peptides compared to before the accident but I really am doing well. Neck brace is off and the bone chip seems to be solidifying back to the neck. No pain in the foot at all. Hand is red in some areas but completely healed over with no scabs.

Ankle cast off next week.

some research:
Improvement of Fracture Healing by Systemic Administration of Growth Hormone and Local Application of Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 and Transforming Growth Factor-1
Both methods, the systemic administration of GH and the local application of growth factors, showed significant biomechanical and histological effects on fracture healing. The local growth factor application showed a stronger effect on fracture healing than the systemic GH injection.
(I would have done IGF if the bone was in a more convenient area. Where the break was, it is just damn hard to get at)

EFFECT OF ClSSUS QUADRANGULAR/S IN ACCELERATING HEALING PROCESS OF EXPERIMENTALLY FRACTURED RADIUS-ULNA OF DOG: A PRELIMINARY STUDY
Healing was almost complete on 21 st day of fracture in the treated animals and remained incomplete in the control animals.
(sadly, it seems that Cissus is best used right after break but could not get mine until now)

Another update:

Exactly 4 week since the accident. Joint pain I was having by starting the Cissus has gone away. I have been loading for a few weeks here at 800mg X 9 per day.

Cast is off. One of the most wonderful feelings ever...minus a few in other areas. There was some atrophy of the calf muscle but not as much as I would have expected. A direct comparison to my good calf show minimal muscle loss. I have no doubt that the peptides are helping me from going catabolic. Starting back up on my intra-articular (in the joint) injections of testosterone suspension.

Anyway, no pain but was told not to walk on it by the doctor. He and I are at times at odds because he knows my background in my arthritis recovery but does not fully believe that everything I do improves healing. I will adhere to his protocol because I really have no choice. I don't know if the bones are healing quicker but a complete lack of pain should tell me something. The only way would be with a CT scan and we are not doing another one.

Going in for another visit in 3 weeks. After that, I will start a Deca/Test cycle with weightlifting program to include my ankles.

Some research:
Testosterone is a Potent Accelerator of Fracture Healing: Early Structural Reconstruction and Improved Biomechanical Stability
Callus size as assessed by contact-radiography and microCT was significantly enhanced. Furthermore, not only radiological and histological data demonstrated a positive morphological interference of testosterone with the fracture healing process, but also the functional competence, as assessed by three-point bending tests, was dramatically improved. This study shows that testosterone can be used to enhance and accelerate fracture healing.

Effect of Nandrolone on Bone Healing in Dogs
The fibrous connective tissue layer in the fracture gaps...increased more than the control [at week 4 and beyond].

OK, got the message!

Update:

Backed off peptides to 100 mcg Ipa/Mod GRF 1 X day however for a few weeks I was up to 3 X day. At 3 X per day, I felt pretty damn good. Energy and just an overall better feeling but not enough to stay on that level. Just too expensive but worth it while trying to speed healing.

I don't like Cissus, or my body doesn't. You can tell that it is helping with anti-catabolism as my calf has recovered size while really doing nothing. At the level I am taking with the Cissus: 2-3g/day, it does not impact my joints or may even make them feel worse. Of course no idea if it is helping with bone healing so cannot comment there.

Ankle feels great. The bit of weight I have put on it, there is no pain. Neck still hurts up in that C2 area. Obviously some damage to ligaments/tendons that need to be looked at by my Prolotherapist.

Started my Deca/Test cycle few days back and going to try 500/150 EW Deca/Test. Front loading a bit on the Deca. I will be using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and Prami from the beginning. The intent is to take just enough test to replace my natty that will be shut down by the Deca. Only if Mr. Happy goes unhappy will I up the test. I think if I keep my Prolactin in check, any issues will be resolved in that department.

I'm following, thank you very much for this log Irentat, im learning a lot.

And thanks for your help, right now my biceps is recovering thanks to some smart training and test/oxa.

Been walking on the ankle for a week now (don't tell my doc). Started with just a few minutes without crutches then moved to more every day until 4 days later I was completely off the damn things. First few days especially my ankle felt very weak, like it would roll at any moment but after only a few days that went away. Zero pain in the area of the break. The only real pain is in the front area where I was having problems before and that is consistent day to day. I can only speculate that every day I am working it harder and harder so it is not really getting a rest.

I will start weightlifting at the end of this week. I would start earlier but on the road so cannot lift consistently. My feeling is that the Deca will benefit my joint pains much more once I can get in the weight room.

Update:

I really have to say going to the weight room made all the difference in the world. 2 days of lifting and good stretching has improved my ankle more than anything else I have done. Deca seems to be working its magic.

Ankle is sore by the end of the day but I wake up feeling very good, not stiff like in the past few weeks.

Here is my current cycle:
Deca: 400 EW
Test: 150 EW
Tides: 100 mcg ED

What was obvious is my tide protocol kept me from going catabolic during my recovery. I probably lost no more than 3lb during that time and felt consistently strong. In fact, I could feel I lost not much strength in the weight room but won't push it until my body is prepared to take heavy weights.

2 weeks in and I really don't feel the effects of the Deca yet but not surprising (other than pain relief). Stack has given me some libido boost but probably no more than what someone feel on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doses. Weight up a bit and size also but that is water retention. Still being religious about Prami and using an aromatase inhibitor.
