currently i'm doing cardio in the morning at around 6am then i finish at 7 then i get ready for school after that i have homework then i go to night school and i dont really have time to use the weight room at school could i build using bowflex or will it just make me ripped?
nothing replaces freeweights. If you aren't lifting weights that exceed the capabilities of the Bowflex, I am sure you will grow. Your body needs resistance to grow and the Bowflex can provide that.
