again another question...
now i have some doubts about box squats technique, i tried differents box heights but i allways use a low one , as low as my regular squats or maybe a bit hiigher, but past parallel for sure. lowest box is almost 9 inches(note im 5 ft 4). i think my overall form is pretty good, i keep the archin my back, start the move with my hips and all.
my only question is i read many times that once i sit on the box my shins must be perpendicular to the floor or past perpendicular , like pointing to your body, maybe this is for wide stance squats. the problem is if i try to put my knees perpendicular to the floor with a narrow stance i will end falling in the box, i mean the last inches i jut cant go slowly. so, knowing im doing box squats just to vary my workout and i use a narow stance do you think i still should try to put my knees past perpendicular or so.
thanks in advance
