If you're trying to cut back on fats, egg yolks should be one of the LAST on your list to cut out since they're so good for you. Cut out beef fat, milk fat, whatever....but egg yolks are the last to go.
If 3 yolks, or 15g of fat is too much for you, then you're beeing far too obsessive over reducing fat. If you're trying to reduce fat THAT much, then are you also not eating oatmeal because it's 17% calories from fat? That's too fattening! I won't eat chicken breasts either cause they're over 20% fat, and that's too fattening! Egg whites, fat free protein powder, and rice....real healthy.
There are ways to cut back on fat, but again, cutting out healthy egg yolks should be LAST on the list.
Besides, mass rookie is bulking. Are you saying egg yolks are too "fattening" while bulking??
