From Injury to Monster
Hey- anyone have a broken ankle before?
I broke my ankle in 3 places including my fibula and required two surgeries, 3 plates and a bunch of screws. Injury happened November 28th and I am still on crutches.
Anyone recovery from something like this before??
My main concern is squatting again- Even if it takes a year recovery I would like to hear of some positive experience after recovery.
