Mr TampaBay 2007
I have a pretty well equipped, hard core home gym. It's about 12' x 14' large. The only thing I don't have access to is a good crossover cable machine which I think is critical for fine tuning.
I want to build this unit myself, maybe by bracing 2 custom built cable units to opposite walls (in the studs of course). That way, it's out of the way, I dont have the usual square tubing running across the top of the room (like the commercial crossover units), I can use existing plates to add the weight I want, and most importantly, I can do this for a cheap price.
Anyone tried to build this? I figure the heaviest i'd need to go would be for chest flies (approx 75 lbs per side). Cables and pulleys need to be bought and the side units should be able to be constructed by things from home depot i'd suppose.
Anyone? Anyone?
