Im been uppin the reps and eatin a lot cleaner and watching certain foods and sugar and sodium intake. Im hoping this will help. Im tryin to get my golf game back but no-way will quite lifting. I dont wanna stop deadliftin, squattin , benchin either. I have been doing hyper extensions and tryin to stretch out the day. Also raising the reps. I have always done low rep workouts so am clueless on cutting. What do you guys suggest? I have 10 weeks left of a test, deca cycle. Im takin letro and it's workin great.

Current stats 6 3 258. 12%BF Doin PB's routine 3 days a week. I wanna keep it at that cause i play golf a lot. No cardio i get enough on the course.
 
personolly i'd still hit cardio twice a week, just good for you IMO...nothing major

but how often do you walk the course? all 9 or 18 holes?
