before writing this training this morbibg i ate "crepe au nutella"

i wanna get some strenght and mass for judo

bench press warm up : 2 x 15 50kilo
1x10 70
1x 5 90
4x8 75


incline: 3x10 70kilos



pull over 3set


forget the straps in mama's house so give up training(wanna continue with incline dumbell)

usually i go for biceps after this...


it was today (natural day)
