if the chemicals were legal, than they had no right to bust your door down in the first place. this is what im trying to say. obviously you didnt get into any trouble unless you were possesing something that was illegal. i can't read? you can not write. Where does it say what kind of chemicals you had in your previous statment? try again

I couldn't order the chems from sigma or fisher if they weren't legal in the first place. They tried to make something into something it wasn't. all on the word of a DEA agent who wanted to make a name for himself and his exact words to a judge which get the rubber stamp are: 'In my years of experience I believe x, y, and z..

No, I didn't get into any 'trouble', but lost job, family, etc.

Sad but true. Sorry to hear about that man. Most Cops/feds are totally different breeds of people imo, it's their job, but i dont think most of them really think about the whole picture, hopefully you understand what im saying.

I think it being on record, they may pay attention to ya if you ordered alot. Otherwise why bother too much? They already have the big fish. And you aren't kidding, if I saw in the paper," Anti-estrogens seized!" I would turn the page and be like who the hell cares.

'They must prove that the person who accepted the package made a clear intent on keeping (possessing) the illlegal item(s). '

Ummm, you ordered it with your CC and likely exchanged emails. That's INTENT.

And somehow they, whoever, got people to believe that clenbuterol was somehow legal. That's a big problem, too. THAT is banned in the same class as steroids with same penalties.

I'm not trying to scare anybody, just telling them what is possible and what can happen and that they DO come looking for other stuff.

That my point exactly. You still don't have possession. Just "INTENDING" to commit a crime is not committing it. Can you say without a doubt that I ordered it just because you have my credit card number on a purchase scheduled to go to my residence? I think not. Now, as far as saying you have e-mail exchanges with my computer and the source, you are getting warmer, but I would still say that is not probable cause to raid a home. As you add more evidence, you get closer and closer to probable cause. As I said before, you cannot get a warrant for someone's home just because their credit card number was found on an order for something that is illegal.

I realize you aren't trying to scare everyone, and I know they can come looking for any illegal substance. I will guarantee everyone on this board though that if they did order any item from Liquid Research (other than a mother load of substances, steroids, or any other so called "serious illegal drug") that hasn't come yet, refuse service and you will have absolutely no worries.

What about stuff like Cialis and Viagra? I mean those things are not illegal right?

Yes, they are illegal, but they are not controlled substances. You need a prescription for them though to be 100% legal.

yup, i think this is what everyone was overlooking in teh first place. thedse are not just chemicals, but pharmacuetical, prescription medications. possession of a prescription drug without a prescription is a misdemeenor.

what about the bros who just ordered L-Clen? Should we be waiting for a knock on our door with a search warrant? I ordered one vial last October? Any thoughts here?

tee - i agree with what you're saying, but i also believe that the government that is in place right now will pull any strings necessary -- even if it means calling you a terrorist, thereby suspending your civil rights -- to break down your door.

again, people who ordered a few bottles of nolvadex or clomid probably don't have to worry about a damn thing; i would be worried if i was one of those who had a criminal past or was involved in other illegal activities.

I haven't been able to find one bit of information about this bust on any search engine. Everything I have seen about it was just typed by some person in a thread. So, until I see some real evidence I call bullshit, and let you guys know that you shouldn't believe everything you read.

It was on CBS, also bayoumike hasnt been awnsering any ones PMs lately.

I cant remember what site it was but I saw an article from an Louisiana News site with full details and some pics. Its legit bro

Mike posted on my board and maybe you might want to search the local papers in his city?

Hmmmm.............

You also might want to be looking at where you get kits and prohormones and the like.

This won't be an isolated case and companies selling kits right alongside pellets and 'ancillaries' will be next.

Mark my words. I told mike and another research company that they, the fedthugs, didn't like this shit being in solution and 1 year later the hammer dropped.

I guess i satnd corrected. I just don't understand why it isn't receiving more publicity. This is big for the Feds "war on drugs" I would think tha it would be heavily publicized.
