I had some of the same frustrations as you guys. Worried about being able to get a refill. Worried about lack of communication. I was able to get in touch with one of the Maximus guys and my refill arrived today. Did I go badmouthing Maximus online? No. Give the guy a chance, business growth is not a seamless transition. You will all be taken care of so relax and quit posting ridiculous comments.

Yea wait until you spend 3 weeks trying to get a refill. Then tell us how you REALLY feel. Business growth does not effect the ability to refill existing clientele. I love Maximus and would not bad mouth them, But I also refuse to sit in silence and just wonder if I am going to receive an email the minute I run out of my meds saying "We are sorry to inform you, we can no longer take you on as a client." Because that is the emotional response in a scenario like this.
 
If a pharmacy is having trouble filling a rx the right thing to do is to transfer that rx to another pharmacy to get filled. As with any business you must take care of your customers.

How convenient that at the height of the board's anxiety someone managed to get a hold of Chip. Especially from someone who relatively has no prior history on these boards.
 
something smells here, plain and simple. I've had no problems talking to my doctor or getting refills from the clinic i go too. Other than slow posting of lab results, the service is typically good (although pricey).

In this era of communication devices, text messaging and internet i fail to see a reason as to why someone cannot contact clients. I mean really, we've heard it all here: On a plane, running business, getting help, etc.. Well, running a business means communicating with customers. If there is a problem, then this should be communicated to them so they can have the opportunity to help themselves i.e. shift to another company, etc.

keeping someone on the hook for weeks waiting for a refill is highly unsatisfactory. At the clinic I use, I simply place the order on the online portal and it shows up 2-days later via UPS. With the amount of money people spend on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) there should be no unknowns when it comes to refills, labs, doctor calls, etc. The scripts themselves do not cost that much, the bulk of the fee's come from services. If people are not getting serviced then they need to go elsewhere.
 
The truth is a simple Google search away.

Either way, hopefully the current issues get worked out and everything goes back to the way it was soon.
 
I can only tell you my experience. In mid February I needed a refill. Emailed what I needed to Chip got a confirm Chip got my order that night or the next day (I don't recall exactly) and a week later got my prescription. I was shorted 10ml of B12. I emailed Chip and got a package a couple of days later that more than made up for the amount I was shorted.
 
After talking with many other Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) clinics then talking with Maximus I think hands down they are going to be a great bunch to work with. Right now it seems they are going through some growing pains but like the old saying goes good things come to those who wait. The big thing is when your waiting a few days it seems like forever since there is such anticipation.
The way Im looking at this is Im going to be making a life long commitment and I want the best and feel when they are done with the expansion Maximus will be the #1 choice in HRT.

My best guess here is that Maximus will continue, but it will be without Chip. I say this because there is no way Chip would allow all of these threads and posts from people questioning Maximus. If Chip was able to post he would have stepped in and put a stop to it immediately. So I'm thinking Chip can't/isn't allowed to post. Why this is I have no idea. But there is no way if Chip were still involved with Maximus that he would stand for any of this. He isn't posting and it has fuck all to do with criss-crossing the country on a plane or expanding Maximus. It takes literally 2 minutes to make a post and just check in. He hasn't done that because he can't. These are only my personally thoughts as I have not personally spoken with Chip since November. I've received texts from Chip's number but I don't think it's him. All of this aside I just hope the guy is alright and I am moving on. I will not do business with people I'm not familiar with. Until I get a call from Chip this isn't going to change.

I've tried to be positive about it all...but I have to agree with you.

If Chip were able to post he would be on here and on the offense against his doubters.

My stance doesn't change in the fact that I hope he is ok on a personal level.

But as you said mlc31- Until I get a PHONE CALL, not a text or email, from Chip Wadowski himself...I too am moving on.

Things change too fast sometimes...

This right here. Chip is Maximus. I wish him the best, and he deserves for someone to look after him, as he did us.

This one made me LOL! I agree that nobody should panic and/or jump to conclusions. With that said, reassurance from a random poster with no history on this forum is absolutely worthless.
 
to be honest it wouldn't make any difference to me if chip was still with maximus or not, why would you stop dealing with them just because of that? i would like to hope that with the reputation chip has/had that he would have hired like-minded individuals he believed in, if he can't be with the company anymore for whatever reasons then what would be the problem as long as the service was improved or back to how it was. as long as you're dialed in and you get your refills on time what difference would it make?

when i started my protocol i had just got my shipment and started right when i started noticing delay of communication and lack of frequent posting had started and so i actually discussed my protocol more with steve than i did with chip and i got a lot of info from this board, i would've have been lost or have so many questions without this forum. as long as i get my refills and good service then that's all that matters to me, doesn't really make a difference to me who's running it or front-person.

Look at my post history, once I got my prescription and had my celebratory post I was back to enjoying life. I don't use steroids and the medicine works so what more do I have to add to this forum? Do you want a daily update of my sex drive? Do you want to know how my lifts are increasing drastically? I came back to the forum to see if people were having the issues I was having in regards to refills, which they were. Instead of crying about it I maintained contact and Chip came through. I'm sorry it hasn't been the same for the rest of you and guess what? I'm probably done posting for about 10 weeks. In the meantime I will be bruising cervixes and hitting PR's in the gym:spin:

well sir that is the problem, that people are not getting emails or calls back on a timely manner

example i have been waiting for two weeks for my refill and this has brought me to this board searching for help trying to get the pharmacies number so i can call and see if maximus sent my script in or not since i threw away my empty vial two weeks ago when i ordered.

i'm aware of the current issues, 3j has mentioned numerous times and there's even a sticky to contact him if you need to get through to maximus he has also stated at the end of the month things will be back to normal and that this week a maximus rep should be on the board.

I was specifically referring to the individuals that stated they would not be with maximus anymore just because chip wasn't here. i'm assuming they were saying that even if things went back to normal that they would be moving on if chip isn't around, unless I misunderstood.

You understood correctly User. My reasoning is that I do not know who this Steve or whoever else is "getting up to speed" is. These are people that I have never spoken to and I know nothing about their background or history. I do not feel comfortable with them having access to my personal information and my credit card #. With Chip I had complete confidence in him because I had a chance to actually get to know the guy behind Maximus and I knew his story and that he was actually a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) patient himself. This created a comfort level and trust that is especially important in this type of business relationship. As I consumer I vote with my dollars. When I see a situation that I don't like or doesn't feel comfortable, then I look for somewhere else to take my business. I hope clients continue to get their scripts filled and there are zero issues. For me the situation isn't acceptable and I've decided to move on until Chip contacts me and clears this all up. Considering I was one of his first clients from this forum I don't think that is too much to ask.
