you understood correctly user. My reasoning is that i do not know who this steve or whoever else is "getting up to speed" is. These are people that i have never spoken to and i know nothing about their background or history. I do not feel comfortable with them having access to my personal information and my credit card #. With chip i had complete confidence in him because i had a chance to actually get to know the guy behind maximus and i knew his story and that he was actually a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) patient himself. This created a comfort level and trust that is especially important in this type of business relationship. As i consumer i vote with my dollars. When i see a situation that i don't like or doesn't feel comfortable, then i look for somewhere else to take my business. I hope clients continue to get their scripts filled and there are zero issues. For me the situation isn't acceptable and i've decided to move on until chip contacts me and clears this all up. Considering i was one of his first clients from this forum i don't think that is too much to ask.

It's a sad day in Maximusville!!! I think we've all had a bad feeling for sometime now that something wasn't right. I got my last refill in about a week... Not bad at all. But I've been trying to get someone to go over my blood work for over a month now!!

I faxed them in and was told I would get a call if they were off... Trust me when I say everything was off. So I called and left a message. I got a text from "chip" saying he would have Steve call me tomorrow. Never got a call so I texted chip again, he said Steve was in a meeting and he would have Steve call me tomorrow... Again no call. So I text "chip aka I don't think it's chip" again saying never got a call but didn't even get a response.

Except it.. Maximus/chip days are over. I'm cant imagine why or what's taken place but there's no excuse for Chip not being able to post on this site or take care of his current clients as he used too!!

im starting to get a tad bit annoyed with these posts.. i have made it clear to everyone that maximus is going through some reconfiguring at the moment and things are a little hectic..

tomorrow either i or chip will introduce the new head of maximus who will be filling out all your scripts and the voice behind the phone... no.. not a voice mail.. no not a 1 week to 3 week wait.. but the same if not better service chip gave himself..

THIS IS THE BOTTOM LINE.. i am closing this thread.. iv heard enough out of everyone.. i understand all of your frustrations and i would probably be frustrated too but this is the situation.. you can either calmly be patient and let things work out or whine like a freaking 3 year old who lost his sucker..

in other words.. chill the fuck out guys.. thing are going to go back to normal very very soon..
