Hello to everyone, I am new to the scene and never really been big into supplements, so I was hoping I could get some advice.
I am 6'2 230lb, naturally pretty muscular defined big guy, in very good shape without taking any steriod or steroid alts. I hit the gym about 6x a week, run about 3x a week. Just looking on taking it to the next level.
Hoping on getting some advice on a
-pre workout sup (something to get me going)
- a test booster
- creatine
- and anything that will increase my performance
