Repo P.S.L. Representative Aug 29, 2011 #21 I originally used 21g - just like a dart in the ass! Now I always use 23g to draw and 25g to pin - 29g for hcg. I like what DADAWG uses 20 to draw - that sounds perfect. I did order 18g to draw - big mistake as it will tear up the rubber to of your vial.
