Can someone help me fix my Diet?

I am currently on a cycle right now.
Week 4 of
Ana Anavar (var) 50mg/Test 650mg/EQ550mg cycle I plan to run out for 16-20 weeks. (Almost done with the Anavar (var) )

I will explain my body type, my workout "routine" and then my diet. If anyone sees anything they think I should change, please let me know. I don't mind some constructive criticism.
My goals are to

A. Get a six pack

B. build muscle, or maintain muscle but lose a lot of fat.


Right now all I am trying to do Is lose that stubborn belly fat. I would like to keep most of my muscle though.

Stats:
6'0 205lbs @ 11% Bf it fluctuates between 10-14

Gear: The Anavar (var) and EQ is really helping transform my look from the look I got last cycle. Which was Test Dbol, I got pretty swole from that. This cycle is very different, already I have increased my vascularity quite a bit. My forearms have massive veins running down them, biceps, shoulders, thighs, chest and stomach are all showing veins through them.

I am about the same size as I was last cycle, without the water. I believe my muscles are much more dense as well. I am noticing a hardening effect, which I am guessing is from the Ana Anavar (var) . Too bad I am almost out of Anavar (var) , should I get more? Anavar (var) is known to reduce bellyfat but is it that effective?

Diet:
morning - banana, apple, orange, cereal, and eggs & bacon few times a week

1 hr later - turkey, cheese, canteloupe, tomatoes, cucumber with apple cider vinegar (I know I'm weird)

1hr later - 14 oz chicken breast , boneless and skinless w/Bulls eye bbq sauce , broccoli

lunch - Seafoood of any kind, usually a large can of tuna by itself and a fruit like peach. and a bowl of cereal because its quick and ez to make

2hr later - steak and mashed potatoes with flax seed meal in it + green beans

gym

few hours later
I like to make a smoothie after the gym.
which includes: strawberries, applesauce, orange slices, blueberries, pineapple, a few scoops ice cream, and milk

then later on I usually pretty starving by now I eat more turkey, chicken, or make a few burritos + hot sauce.

then as I go to bed every night I eat another bowl cereal frosted flakes,then drink a protein shake (50gm protein), a few slices of cheddar cheese, 10-20 slices pepperoni and some turkey again lol


well thats an average day for me. As you can see lots of meats and dairy. Another thing I will admit is that I recently don't eat as much of the veggies and have been just eating more meat (trying to cram a ton of protein in there)

Routine:
day 1 - Legs + shoulders
Squats, leg press, leg extension, leg curl, calves, dumbbell press, upright rows, lateral raises

day 2 - upper back + biceps
bent over row, lat pulldown, pullups chinups, close grip pulldown, db curls, preachers, cable curls

day 3 - chest + triceps
flat bench, dumbbell press, cable chest fly, skullcrushers, tricep pull down, dips

day 4 - lower back + forearms + calves
deadlifts or power cleans (too tiring to do both same day, and my back pumps would be BAD)
then wrist curls, reverse ez bar curls, calves. sometimes I throw in some curls if I have energy
then 2 days off

I usually do 5 min high intensity cardio each day, and some abs 3x a week
and there you have it. Sometimes I do legs 2x a week, and sometimes I skip chest because I had a pinched nerve in my back a while back and bench or dumbbell press would aggravate it. I do switch it up every so often, but this is generally what I do .
I keep my repetitions in the 6-12 range but usually around 3-7 sets of 8

Lifts: (keep in mind I like to focus more on bodybuilding less on strength)

squats - 425 x 4

bent over rows - 205 x 3

benchpress - 315 x 1

You can eat a steak BEFORE going to the gym? I like to do squats till I feel like puking... that's how I know I'm done. But seriously a steak... I'd definitely hurl!
 
Well the steak is about 1-2hr before gym. I don't eat the super huge t-bone. More like a thin cut type sirloin

if I don't get that fish or steak in before the gym, I get super hungry, lose my strength, get headaches, moody and end up leaving the gym because it just doesnt feel right. I get that hypo feeling usually by the end of every workout.

Steak and potatoes are 2 foods that KEEP me from getting hungry during a workout.
should I consider switching to a protein shake instead?

Macros, well I haven't counted my calories In a while but I usually consume between 3400-3800 calories and 30/45/25 protein/carbs/fat.

That is my average, but for some reason, this EQ cycle I eat more than my average, hence the steak b4 gym lol.

I would guess about 4500. I am getting around 270g protein, but that is the only thing I keep track of. Since I am trying to lose belly fat do you think I should lower protein and carbs? or lower fat ?
 
Poor diet for achieving the goals you listed.

Do not be lazy --- make a base diet and crunch numbers.

Fruit is fine, but keep it to a few meals and make them berries since the GI is lower from fiber content.

Ditch bacon for breakfast.

Use COMMON carbs sources -- jasmine rice, yams, steelcut oats etc,,,, I'd keep 30-45g carbs per meal for 4-5 meals tops.

Eat quality protein from chicken, fish, and beef a few times a week.

Do not eat shitty fats like pepperoni, salami and whatever else you mentioned. Eat some raw almonds if hungry, omega-3 whole eggs, or add some coconut oil to some meals....

Just take some time and make a consistent base diet...

How much protein and fat do you recommend?
Would 150-175g protein and 50-75g fat be good ?

I get most of my fat from fish, but I will get some coconut oil and almonds to add in as well.
 
Hey Josh, at 205lbs, you want WAY more protein than 150-175.

More like 250-275.

I agree with Matt, get a solid base diet of quality foods that meet your macro demands. From there you can add in a treat here and there (or a once a week cheat meal) and still meet your physique goals.
 
ok I'll try to keep the protein the same, add more fruits, veggies, and healthy fats. As well as cut out the garbage.

And I'm very happy with my lean physique at the moment. It's just that the little bit of fat I have is settled around my stomach. I blame my genetics lol

A friend told me I just need to make the ab muscles bigger to be more visible, but I don't really know how to do that other than squats and crunches
 
You need a diet plan....you re eating tons of crap...frosted flakes, ice cream, beacon, peperoni etc omg...

Get a diet from 3J nutrition, its worth it. U will achieve your goals with it.

Protein should be 250-300, carbs 200g , fats 70-90 grams

Play with it for 2-3 weeks then adjust it if you need to be leaner or losing to fast

If you really were 11% bodyfat, you would already have a six pack.And how does your bodyfat % fluctuate sporadically?

Count your calories and macros.You shouldn't try to build muscle and lose fat.Opt for a cutting/bulking cycle.

A friend of mine used calipers.

And It goes up and down BECAUSE I USE STEROIDS AND EXERCISE....

I started at 10% a year ago. I hardly ate anything.

Then before I started my cycle I was 11% and did a heavy bulking cycle. I stayed at 11-12 during the cycle. I kept eating the same heavy bulking diet even after I was not on anabolics so it went up a little.

Then recently It has gone down in the past month to 11%

and you are wrong, just because someone has 11% does not mean they will have a 6pack. I have a 4pack but based on my genetics I hold fat over the bottom abs. Overall I am very lean. Vascularity is another indicator of being lean, especially when I have veins covering my thighs.

I have a friend who is at 17% BF and you can see his abs. so you don't know what you are talking about bud

Good point on the BF%, many people are different and have different body compositions. BF% alone doesnt distinguish if you can see abs or not, But other than that A lot about the diet has already been said, best of luck to you.

Fair enough.Those calipers are pretty inaccurate though.
