first off that site has been around almost 6 years and is one of the most reputable around. Check the newsgroups and you'll see they are legit.

Second off, there is nothing illegal about giving information. As long as they dont sell the product it is not illegal to give instructions of where or who to get it from. It is just like the books they sell on how to become a hit man, or get revenge on someone. It is your right to to free speech...
