So obviously overtraining is possible, juice or not. But is lets say an hour in a half to 2 hours too much? Let's assume nutrition is on point as well. I have spoken with many guys who still feel that overtraining is still very prominent even if you take AAS while others huge guys I see in the gym (lean 250lbs+) train for hours on end. Of course you kind of wonder what crazy cycles those guys are running as well, being some of them are pro bbers. Whats your guyses thoughts on this?
