can you really lower BF% and put on muscle at the same time?

hes right

i missed the 15lbs part the fuck outta here.

yea i guess il just clean bulk it, if i can put a good 15lbs and stay the same bf im happy

Is doable, just make sure ur diet and training is spot on.
already done

+2 on the Test+Deca.....OG mass builder. I'm not sure why anyone would need to do anything else for bulk.
i know re malaka, but im only running test Anavar (var) mabye next time.

Want to put on some meat run Test and Deca.

I believe yes it is very possible. Muscle burns fat, so if you put on muscle the fat burning is also increased.

Now, it really depends how much muscle you're looking to add and what your starting point is. If you're average height and let's say 140lbs, you could probably put on 10-15lbs and drop bodyfat. However, if you're already jacked (say 220lbs) and looking to put on a good amount of muscle, I would say no.

Basically, if you've already pushed your body to the upper limits then putting on more muscle without adding fat is difficult. However, if you're a newb then you can definitely put on muscle while losing bodyfat if your diet is in check. Just don't be unrealistic and expect to add 30lbs muscle while dropping 10% bodyfat. I think adding ~10lbs lean muscle while dropping 2-3% bodyfat is achieveable for a newbie.

I think this is some very important information you left out in your post, as it is a general consensus that adding muscle and losing bodyfat with the gear your taking would only be possible for complete newbies and those coming back from a layoff due to muscle memory.

yea i lost a good inch on my arms and some good size everywhere else but i feel great and my doc says it aint gonna get better than this, so 15lbs of muscle would be nice

Yeah, I wouldn't stress over the exact figures buddy, you'll get back to where you were and then some, providing your diet is right. Don't put time limits on yourself either, get everything in order and things will happen

The whole point to doing a cycle is to gain muscle. I have always ended with less BF due to the higher test levels and increased training intensity.

So yes you can gain muscle and loose BF as long as diet is in check.
