Can you still grow between cycles?

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if you can still grow between the cycles.I finish my test/dbol cycle and i'm gonna wait four month to start the next one.So what are you usually doing during this period : try to loose the extra fat (in case you got some during cycle) or still focus on growing. Thanks

woah buddy slow down, in that month you should do your post cycle therapy (pct), and the take time off (cycle+post cycle therapy (pct) = time off). During your off period its hard to get back in the gym like your on your cycle, at least for me it takes me 3-4 weeks to get back in without slacking. While your going to be on post cycle therapy (pct) which everyone here on this board will tell you to do. don't run to much and don't lift too hard, because your empty on test.

If you want to lose the "fat" i'd say do it after your test levels are back up because you'll lose everything when you try during this month. When your done with post cycle therapy (pct), get on a diet plan, do more cardio. Diet is the key to lose fat, and DBOL!!!!!! will only make you gain water+fat while your on your cycle, so cut the DBOL out and run something like Tbol buddy.

TO answer your main question, yes you can still grow while your off, I gained and extra 12lbs when I finished my post cycle therapy (pct), just train hard, eat, and sleep.

Dbol does much more than just add water and fat. I have had plenty success with Dbol. I think you are over generalizing here.

Regarding gains between cycle, it's tough to make gains. I would do everything you can to maintain what you have gained and try to build a little on that. When I was cycling, I used to focus on bringing up weak body parts off cycle.

Of course i do my PCT.As a matter of fact i'm in the first week of the PCT.And you are right cycle+PCT=Time off.My cycle was 12 weeks so four months(or maybe more depends on the blood work)i will be off.I guess is too early to say but the strengh is the same.I did not losee any of it,so far.I hope it will not decrease too much.

I guess i must of misread it, but I'm not saying DBol is bad, i used it and earned good ass size and strength, but the water rent ion is def a lot at least for me, then again my dumbs ran it with no Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and only dbol. If you want to maintain least about of water and fat try of Tbol man i hear a lot of great things from it

With a good diet, training, and sleep you will be able to throw on a few lbs in 4 months. I would not run or do too much cadio until a month after pct is over so your body can adjust to its new weight.

Try not to get the idea that you will only gain on cycle ( its hard not to). Train hard everytime and eat right all the time. As long as you keep good habits your gonna keep getting bigger, stronger, and more cut.

I'm kinda still new to BBing, I mean people have been doing this for 2-3 decades, but most people here have the mindset that this is a lifestyle; try to think about how much you have gained this YEAR not this CYCLE. Have fun training.

A nice Ostarine bridge will do the trick for me. 25mg a day for the first 4 weeks, then bump it up, run it for 8 weeks max. You will see logs of it being used this way everywhere and can learn a great deal from them.
Also, something like Bridge from NTBM combined with a good Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like Formastanzol will do wonders as well. Obviously not steroid like gains, but what are you really expecting?

why not use DES in post cycle therapy (pct) and your time off or other peptides. heck run it during too

You should always train just as hard after a cycle to get your normal T levels back up, the gains you get off cycle are always there, the uptake of water and nutrients by the muscles are less so your number to as inflated

yeah man, from my experiences if you can maintain your gains thats great already! Normally, if you try hard enough to maintain these gains, you will naturally add some size (different in everyone). But good luck!

No you will not add to this you will be lucky if you can maintain the weight, that will be your goal to maintain what you have gained.

gaining between cycles...

don't really see the point, try to maintain the best u can, the fact is that if u take your bodyweight down a bit it will be much more comfortable and won't have to eat so much to maintain a strong, healthy physique.

two examples... Arnold & Kevin Levrone - they gained weight in the weeks prior to competiton, the opposite of almost all bodybuilders on the planet. Arnold did this once (for his last Olympia) and has said it was the best he felt/looked... Levrone did this year after year, only training 6 months of the year (yes! 6 months!)... they were 2 of the best

for those that think bodybuilders can be in tip-top condition all year long are NOT looking out for their long-term health or are smoking crack ;)

food for thought
