Can you train legs every day on cycle?

Hey bro's i'm sick and tired of my fucking legs , I want some big panda legs. Can I train them everyday when i'm on cycle (thinking about ending every training with squats and deadlifts)
cant wait to rape them again:yumyum:
bye all

btw new sick motivation:

absolutely not. your legs will just get smaller, you'll get weaker and you'll feel like shit, most likely getting sick too. stick with once a week.

I work on my legs because I want more mass, I trained legs twice a week. I did 1 day of just hard as hell heavy squats and Deadlift. Than came back on three days later and did lower weight but high vol. this is when I would do my leg exstentions and curls and work calves and shit and I had very good results. twice a week once low reps heavy with lots of sets and once 60-75% but high vol.

Also reseach Germen vol. training. there was a time when I could not get my body to grow any more. I was stuck, my bench would not go up my squat was stuck my deadlift max was the same for 4 mounths. So I took a whole mounth off heavy weights and did 10 sets of 10. by 60-70 it was burning so bad, but I pumped out my 100+ squats and thats not including my warm up. I did this once a week to really shock my whole body. I did grow some mass this way and then when I went back to heavy weights I really grew. I hopes this helps you.

The hardest thing with legs is getting the rest for them to grow. If you have any cardio your running or walking or jumping rope. your still useing your legs or even rideing the bike. I like to see people Really Shock there muscles tare some shit down and then rest to rebuild.

If you work your legs right, you shouldnt even be able to train them but once a week. Intensity is key not just going through the motions

Agreed with 2x max. If you're doing deadlifts as well, there's no way your back could recover from that. I personally deadlift 2 weeks on and 1 week off. The week I'm on DL'ing, I squat heavy. Seems to be working for me.

if you think you can train legs the day after you trained legs then you are not training legs. I am thinking of buying a rancher style home because after leg day i do not even want to walk up steps.
