can't lift weights till december help

I am banned!
can't lift weights till december im 225 to 230 pounds and 25 percent bodyfat please help me out please i can do cardio on cardio machines at the gym just can't lift weights there until december because the medicine im on right now messes with my joints alot so yeah any help? im trying to lose bf cuz im at 25 percent bodyfat and need to get back on a diet but don't know how much cardio to do and how often i should work abs while doing only cardio also i got some clen should i use it now when doing only cardio or wait to use it in december?
 
did someone say you can't lift or have you tried and it's unbearable? would joint support help? i take osteosport, i'm skeptical of things like this but if i go two or three days without it i notice. my knees hurt without even doing anything. try fish oil as well, it helps lubricate joints and is also good for the brain. if you can't lift heavy weights what about calisthenics? high rep high frequency, pushups, dips, pulls ups, body weight squats, body weight calve raises, etc.

Beleve it or not training (lifting or cardio) means almost nothing in terms of fat loss. you could lose what you wanted with out doing any cardio in reality.

but I DO rec Cardio!

Why?

Because its good for you.

so 30min-1hr cardio every other day on a bike or walking would be good.
Do some light lifting also , what you can untill your joints are better.
but for the fatloss its going to be 90% diet.
cardio wont do shit without a healthy diet.

you burn most of your calories each day from just being alive, just from bodly functions.
working out hard or doing alot of cardio will raise it a bit , but NOT very much. 1 cookie could be the 40min cadrio you just did.
now lifting to gain mass would help with fatloss. because your body would burn more calories.
so look into a way you can lift or wait. even then its goign to take a while to build mass while trimming down.

I also rec you take a good multi vitamin, vitD 2000-5000iu ed, eat lots of good fats (like olive oil) and not too much sugar and carbs not to high.
like so: high protein/ med fats/ med-low carbs

also maybe grab some Raspberry ketones it might help.

Stay off the Clen...you don't need that dirty stuff bro. You can do bodyweight exercises? If your joints are hurting you, what about doing movements without weights? Like JP said, recreational cardio would do just fine...hiking trails, walking in general...up hills would be awesome, go to a school with a nice track, do sprints, there are so many things you can do without weights...and 90% of your fat loss will come from your diet alone. You burn calories just living daily, if you target your calories consumed under that threshold, meaning eat less calories with the breakdown JP gave you then you will lose weight. Read up on Intermittent Fasting, that would do you justice for sure...fast for 16 hours a day and eat minimal calories...clean calories in a 8 hour window, and then do it all over again.

You have so many options bro...and yes need2slin, maybe even N2 Flame, or N2 Stim...but get your diet in check first, then be active without weights...lots of cardio, and you will lose weight bro...trust me!

Diet is key my friend. I've heard eating a bowl of a low sodium no fat broth only soup before every single meal will help you to lose weight faster. It speeds up your metabolism before you eat and makes you fill up faster. Give it a try
 
thank you everybody sorry i couldn't get on here any sooner im going to just forget the clen and just do a good diet and do some cardio until december then i can lose some more fat and be lifting weights again thanks again everybody
