carbs.... on cuttin cycle

hi guys

my bf around 20-18% so Im try to cutting hard on my first cycle
my weight in first day is
1, 157.4LB
2, 155.5LB
3, 157.8LB
4, 157.8LB
i DID tes p 100 mg ED, and eat some banana just before workout and hole my diet is just protein, cardio 5 d/w

why my weight not go up in my 4th day!:shoot5:

Must be your pre workout banana lol jk. Its the beginning of your cycle so I wouldn't read too much into it. Can't tell anything else without more info.
 
So you fucked up and should have trained and researched more. Youre gonna get blasted so take it like a man and learn, even the nut busters are here to help..
