Since ive been squating and deadlifting every week the lower part of my back all across the waistline feels like messed up nerves or something. I got this before when i was an avid golfer. Im pounding away with cardio 3 days a week with pullinbigs power routine. Do you think the cardio is helping aggrevate my lower back. It didn't get bad till I started squattin deep. I have made a change. I squat one week and dead the other.
