I lift for an hour then do hour or more low intensity cardio. Should I have a shake inbetween or am I not doing any harm waiting till I get home to eat
I do this too, I'll drink Scivation Xtend during my lifting and cardio sessions. If I had a protein shake I'd throw it back up for sure - Branch Chain Amino Acids in Xtend mean your muscles won't break down, they'll be able to hold out until after you finish your work out and have a proper meal. Get them BCAA's in ya
Right now I am trying to cut but maintain muscles I have now ... So there won't be much of a problem ? Also I'm following a diet plan that was killing my weight (dropping fast) but the losses slowed alot. Is this the time I cut my food back more or do more then an hour cardio.
