Id just like to know from some of you guys that have trouble losing that last 10 lbs of fat around the waist hehe. What are some cardio routines that have helped get you an 6 pack? I read an article where it suggested incline walking over jogging and have been giving that a try. I was running on a treadmill 3 miles 6-7 mph but I was losing some gains I think. Right now im doing 30 min walking 4.2 mpg incline then jogging 6mph, 4.2 no incline...repeat.
