checklist for Test cycle

Since I'm impatient (not feeling anything yet), paranoid (is my stuff fake), and a first timer, I want to make a checklist on what you should feel on a Test cycle. Please add to my list and correct me if I'm wrong. One obvious way of knowing your stuff is real is by a blood test or actually testing the compounds. However, if you were to do it by feel what are some signs?

I'm in my 5th week and many would agree I'm near the point of it really making a difference.

1. A hard look - should you constantly feel hard and pumped? If so when does this kick in. I don't feel this way.

2. Libidio boost- many have said this kicks in right away. I feel no difference. (although according to a debate in another post EQ was causing it feel worse)

3. Strength gains in the gym

4. what else?

I was also wondering I'm putting myself through extreme cutting phase meaning averaging 1100 -1200 cals a day (90% protein, rest carbs and EFAs). I also do 2 hours of muay thai three times a week with lifts the other days. Even with loads of test in your body could my diet negate some of the positive effects. The goal obviously is to lose fat while maintaining or even gaining some muscle.

Water retention

Feeling aggressive- feel like you want to bite someones ear off or fuck every chick in sight.

Itchy nips/gyno

I am assuming test e as you said this is first cycle. By week 5 you should have already had strength increases in the gym. Libido should already be up.

Yes, talking about Test E.

Strength is up though. Never ever felt a libido boost. Though if you look at my other post I was on EQ which some claim is the culprit for my libido decline.

I was wondering why I dont feel anything on the list yet. Could my diet have something to do with it. I would think exogenous test would compensate for any insane amount of caloric deficit.

ur caloric inake , if what you say is true , is hindering your feeling the test..1200 a day ??? Not enough

1200 is about right. I am going to bring it up to 1500 especially since I'm doing muay thai more frequently.

My whole idea is to do a rapid fat loss diet. Im pretty impatient and though this wont make sense to many, im better at dieting when im doing it at an extreme. Im also convinced due to my thyroid levels that i cant lose weight when i cross 2000 cals ( I weight in the high 190s). It could be mental The test is to maintain all of my muscle. I still don't see how low cals screw positive effects of exogenous test.

Uhh...about? Low cals negating test? Let's look at libido, anorexic males have collapsed test levels. I'm not there bc my body is getting some cals but w/o AAS test would have declined. Before cycle I would say I had a normal libido and test levels(def lower than my late teen days) but out of nowhere even with test and eq it starts to collapse? Yea my calories are low but the decline in natty test is compensated by outside test which shouldn't make a difference to the body.

All I'm saying is even with my ridiculous diet, I should see a high libido, harder muscles, and get better pumps when I lift. I can see how strength and aggression can be low due to a lack of calories.

To another member's point the low libido part doesn't make sense. I would not have high prolactin and/or estro (ESP since my nips are never itchy/sore) out of nowhere.

i'll guess i will ask, how much Test are you stabbing?
and what do you mean by...

Can you post your stats (everything; diet, routine, personal)? Your calorie intake along with the rest of your diet seems really off balance. I know that you said that you are in a shredding cycle, however, if your only taking in 1200 calories your definitely going lean out, but your going to lose the muscle that you do have. I know that you mentioned that you have thyroid issues, which I'm familiar with, but it just doesn't make sense. Post your stats and lets see if we can figure something out.

I dont follow a consistent meal plan. But I'll give you an example of what I'll eat when I have 800 calories and I'll tell you what I do when I cheat and have 2200 cals. My guess I may average out to around 1500 cals some weeks. BTW, I'm a vegetarian.

Weight: 200, bfat: 18-20%, height: 5 11 Age: 25

I work from 7-6 on average, desk job behind a computer all day.

I do Muay Thai from 8-10 Mon, Tue, Thur. Muay Thai is brutal and I probably cut 700 cals or more from that.

I lift on Wed, Fri, and Sunday. All heavy weight usually a chest, tri/back, bi/shoulder, leg split

low cal day (usually Mon-Thur):

Pshake morning (210 cals, 50 g pro, 0 cs
6 egg whites mid morn (w/e that is, 100 cals?, 20 grams of pro?)
lunch: cottage cheese, greek yogurt (280 cals, 40 grams pro)
before dinner: p shake: 170 cals, 35 grams of pro
Dinner, 6 egg whites again
before bed pro shake (200 cals, 40 grams of pro)

Cheat day which is like a sat/sunday typically:

I'll have two protein shakes and one big meal thats usually 1000 cals (like an egg sandwich or lots of taco bell)

Those are the details folks. I do have to say though, I'm not dropping weight since the last three weeks and I'm not lying about what I'm doing.

Is my AAS cycle really keeping me from losing any weight? I'm hoping its water gain. I feel like I do look puffier for some reason. BTW, I get my blood results mid cycle in a few days. I'll post and we can analyze. EQ has been out for 2 weeks now and I still dont see a libido improvement.

So two big problems: Weight is not going down and libido remains weak. Everything seems to be contradictory
