Personally legs are 2x a week for me, and I have very powerful thigh ripping legs when I kick... if you work your legs right the same as any major muscle group you won't be able to hit it 4x op... That's just nuts!
back in the old days when guys were trying to bring up a bodypart they would hit that body part a few days in a row. im not sure how long that went about doing that but im sure they had a little help from something
