My brother felt a pain in his chest. It did not go down his arm it dis not render him breathless vut an obvious pain. His exwife told him to go sew a doc. He told her no 6 hrs layer he ended up going. He had a heart attack. Donkt fuk around with chest pain. He was 36 yrs old at the time a fuking kid

Just wanted to give an update.
For the past two days I have been watching my sodium intake and cut back on putting hot sauce on everything. My blood pressure is 127 over 76.
I've been taking fix oil vitamin e and magnisium and drinking lots of water.
The irregular heart beat hasn't been showing up on the bpm. The only thing I feel now is a heavy feeling on my chest. It doesn't feel that bad just noticeable.

MY guess is.. its due to HIGH LEVELS of ESTROGEN!
Bro! see your PCP (primary care physician) to be safe, I mean not to scare you but you have classical symptoms before the BIG whammy, to tell you the truth it can be multiple things like said by other members, BP is a good indicator but it is not everything, get a full panel so you can know for sure..bless

There is a reason High Blood Pressure is called the Silent Killer, because you don't often present symptoms.
I here I man but what I realized was my dr always told me I had borderline high blood pressure and I never really changed my diet and I have a very high sodium diet. Now that I'm on test I been eating even more and prolly more sodium and I think it spiked my Bp slightly. I don't wanna go to my primary care physician because I'm on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and don't want him to test for testosterone so I think ima go to urgent care tomorrow get tests done and prolly get a script for high Bp

OK here is the update.
went to the E.R they did xrays, cat scans, blood work (heart enzymes?), Monitored my heart + blood pressure etc..
The problem I had was :
Dec 26th
Heart palpitations(which I think I always had but ignored until it was accompanied with chest pain)
Chest Pain
bloated and slightly heavy breathing.
Dec 27th
Bloating went away
Heart pain was less frequent
heart thumping existed
28th
Just heart thumping
29th
Just heart thumping and went to the e.r.. Blood pressure throughout the past 3 days was 150/80ish give or take.
The conclusion
After all the scans and tests DR said the obvious that i have hbp and gave me a script to treat it. His explanation of the heart thumping every 2-10 min or so is that it is normal.. He said some can feel it more than others..
So here is what I think happened
I have had high blood pressure whenever I get up to 184 for the past 3 years. its always slightly high when I hit that weight, my doctor would just tell me to watch it...
The heart thumping I feel like I have had for a while to be honest but this is I think what happened(thought about it while in the e.r).
I believe when I injected on the Dec 26th I hit a vein and got some of the gear in the vein.. I BELIEVE this is what caused the chest pain which made me realize the heart thumping existed which it always had and when I checked my blood pressure it was high which that was always that high. The sharp chest pain is what alarmed me and made me take into consideration all the other factors I already had.
