Wed off
Thursday back/bi
Friday shoulders
Sat/Sun off
No AAS for a couple of years now but on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) at 200mg/eow
Any suggestions for an old guy that still loves to lift would be much appreciated...
Is Stone Cold still around???
