Stuff is great, only down fall is the stiff back or neck and stuff nose, possibly headache from it. I had my back lock up for 3 days once after taking it. I was poppin Ibuprofren for a week. Other than that unless you have absolute problem, I'd only take it if you had an orgy planned.
