clen and diet?

hey im 6'5' tall and 97kgs im gonna get on clen soon been going to gym since the start of feb ive lost 26 kilos i used to be 123kgs and i wanted to jump on clen to boost the procces
i just wanted to know what type of diet i should be on for clen
please help !
 
Hey I'm starting clen cycle tomorrow... With clen you must eat high protein, with moderate carbs and low fat. Put lots of cardio in but no to high intensity as can affect your breathing... keto diet does not work as well with clen!
 
is this true? Cause i am on low carb low calories diet and taking clen. wanna go from 215 to 180

Use whichever diet works for you, and allow the clen to be an assist. It doesn't require a specific diet, so what works best for you normally, will work best for you on Clen. For me this is low carb.

Been reading a lot, very helpful forum.

I'm looking at doing a clen run as well. I'm thinking of starting with eca and am cardio first to knock off a few lbs, then start the clen after a week or two off eca.

As far as clen goes, would you take it prior to morning cardio or after. I'm not sure if using it as a stim is best. And would you take it before or after your first meal (shake)?

Food or no food doesn't matter. I started clen today at 20mcg first cycle. Felt fine... This was this mining but I take after a work out as don't want to take before due to it will prob ruin yr workout. I'm on 20mcg for 5 days, the 40 for 2, day off, 40 for 2 and 2 daya off etc. Advice from an experienced bodybuilder friend... 2 weeks on 2 weeks off yr bod gets used to it, tho everyone is different.... Keep your body guessing though
