I would say diet and cardio constitute 90% of your gains (or losses in this case) and clen would maybe add another 10% to that (if that much).
I would start her low, around 30mcg/day and build it every 3 days, increasing by 20mcg increments and going no higher than 80mcg/day. But honestly she can probably achieve her goals without it.

What kind of cardio is she doing and for how long? It may be as simple as stepping up on her cardio (more days a wk and for at least 45 minutes). 3 days a wk imo is not enough to loose excess bf% that is the last few lbs. She is vega or vegan?, cause there are so many products out there now to replace meat protein. It is possible that she isn't seeing tone or definition, because her bf% is still too high, just like see the abs you have to be near single digits for them to come out. I do think tho that women need to have a higher bf to be healthy. What i do is about 20minutes jog 6.5 mph on a treadmill, then i do high incline @ level 15 for the rest of the 45 minutes with a 5 minute cool down. Have her do that for 5-6 days a wk with the weight training, and i guarntee she will see results. She could just do the whole 45minutes at the high incline as well, but i think the 20minutes of medium jog help to bring up the heart rate. Clen should be a last result for only bringing out definition and leanness that you can not acheive at your goal weight. Btw, i think doing 2 days on 2 off and ramping up is the safest and best way to use clen. Ramping up to 80mcg should be enough for a woman her size, but i don't think it is necessary right now. Have her stepup her cardio first for about 2 months and she will see the results. Regarding women and clenbuterol. It apppears from research to cause way too many adverse effects and at the dose needed for significant weight loss and muscle growth these effect would be intolerable. Perhaps you should experiment with Albuterol which has a shorter half life and less side effects.
Is it better to take clen on a three week alternating cycle with t3 or 2 days on 2 days off cycle for better results
