I was wondering what type of diet is best suited for running clen, maintaing lean body mass and perhaps even gaining some LBM, right now I'm 6'3" 220 and probably about 11% bf.....
Ive found for personal use I have to always eat some carbs then take the clen, if I dont I get a horrible headache even if I split the tabs in half and take lower does.
