Wait a minute. Nolvadex lowers IGF-1? I don't want to use that for post cycle therapy (pct). Would clomid alone suffice? What about supplementing with IGF1 while taking clomid and nolva during PCT?

IGF-Lr3 makes for a good bridge bro and is a good idea but dont worry so much about nolva dropping igf levels...recovery is more important.

clomid on it's own will definitely bring test levels back if it is possible to bring them back at all. Not trying to scare anyone with this but occasionally a guy will do a cycle and nothing will bring his test levels back to normal. Also after years of use and abuse this happens to many guys! why do you think so many of the old timers are on trt

I cycled and recovered fine well into my late 40's! I am just now considering making the switch to full time testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) with natty test levels only in the 400's

What I mean by blanks is not sperm count but volume and that directly affects the sensation in that area kiddo
